The class was a beauty crew of swabbers, doing their jobs (just the way that a pirate crew would be responsible for their jobs) and listening to me (the captain)

Before journals (near the start of the day), I read part of "How I Became a Pirate" then we went outside for gym.  I had a plan for this outside playtime that was to be called 'gym'

AHOY thar, me maties!

decided that my sore throat wouldn't get worse and that I could sleep enough to have decent energy.

I'm captaining a class of landlubbers today!  ARRRRRRR!  The little ankle-biters of the first grade.
